Ros / Stability Engine

Frequently asked questions

Product scope, validation, and the limits of workforce stability signals.

What is Ros?

Ros, powered by Stability Engine, helps talent leaders review directional workforce stability signals and recorded post-hire commitments. What is visible depends on the records available.

Does Ros make hiring or employment decisions?

No. Ros provides directional information for human review. It does not make automated hire/no-hire decisions and must not be used as the sole basis for an employment decision.

What can teams review after a hire?

Teams can review recorded commitment gaps, follow-up owners and check dates when set, along with available check-in, intervention, and employment-outcome records. A complete record chain is not guaranteed for every hire.

How is the published validation conducted?

The public methodology describes an N-1 temporal holdout: the most recent completed role is withheld as the comparison outcome, and the assessment uses prior career history. The published page also explains what this retrospective method does not establish.

Does a stability signal guarantee that someone will stay?

No. Scores and forecasts are directional signals, not guarantees about an individual person. Career-history signals cannot account for every workplace condition or future event.

Where can I read about responsible use and limitations?

See the Governance & Responsible Use page for intended use, limitations, and the current status of audits and certifications. The Terms of Service describe user responsibilities and restrictions.
